 dalgona coffee recipe with step by step pictures and video.Dalgona coffee is nothing but milk topped with whipped coffee cream.

Dalgona coffee is a beverage made by adding cold or hot milk and topp ing it with whipped cream made by equal proportions of instant coffee, sugar and hot water until it becomes creamy. 

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp hot water
• 2 cups chilled milk boiled,cooled & chilled
• few icecubes

Instructions

• To a mixing bowl add coffee powder then add sugar and hot water to it.
• Whisk well.Keep whisking.It takes time when we use handwhisk electric beater makes it faster.It will slowly get thicker.
• Whisk until it form soft peaks like this.Now whipped coffee cream is ready.
• Fold it together and set aside.Now get ready with your ingredients.
• Take a serving glass - add few icecubes first then pour chilled milk.Top it with whipped cream.Sprinkle coffee powder and serve chilled!

Notes

• This is very strong so I would prefer to add only half of it.
