Variety of Task Force Chief Doni Monardo's Response to Corona's Condition in RI
Chairman of the 19th COVID Handling Task Force Lieutenant General Doni Monardo attended a limited meeting (ratas) with Indonesian President Joko Widodo virtually from Graha BNPB. After the meeting, Doni immediately held a press conference to answer questions about the corona case that occurred in Indonesia.
The increasing number of corona cases in office clusters is a concern for Doni. He requested that companies adhere to health protocols including the implementation of division of working hours.

Doni also asked all company leaders, including ministries and institutions, not to require employees with congenital diseases to work in an office. He suggested that all employees who were vulnerable to COVID-19, including the elderly, could work from home.
"It is hoped that all leaders, both ministries, institutions and the private sector, so that those at risk are vulnerable so that they are not previously given obligations to the office, those who are elderly and comorbid. Seeing the doctor
According to Doni in handling COVID-19 also pay attention to medical personnel who treat corona virus patients. The government is currently reviewing the doctor's working hours.

Do not know when the peak of Corona in Indonesia
Doni claimed not to know when the peak of the corona pandemic in Indonesia. Because, cases are still increasing.
"Until today we do not know when the peak will arrive, because this is volatile. Because every day the case is different," said Doni.
But Doni still reminded that corona is a very dangerous virus. He hopes no one else considers the corona pandemic as a conspiracy.
"All of us must realize that COVID is a real threat, a very dangerous virus. I often say that COVID is like a grim reaper," Doni said.
Corona Case Translucent 100 Thousand
When the press conference was conducted the government had not yet announced the latest data on the number of corona virus cases as of July 27, 2020. At that time cases were still recorded at 98,778. Even so Doni had estimated that cases in Indonesia would translate to 100,000.
"Today it is estimated that 100,000 cases will grow. If we look at the last few weeks the average (increase) is above one thousand per day, in fact there have been 2 thousand cases," Doni said in a press conference after the virtual limit, Monday (7/27) ).
Doni said that number might not be the highest. At the moment all you can do is remind each other to obey the health protocol.
"This is the importance of reminding each other. If discipline is not enough for self-discipline," said Doni.
